On the hills facing the Tyrrhenian coast, between Livorno and Grosseto, 150 metres above sea level and only 3km from the beach, is where you find this beautiful property and appreciate your holiday break.
It is an organic farm which cultivates aromatic herbs, olives and grain. The estate is divided into two different kind of accomodations in four differents country houses.

The Casolare has 10 self catering apartments, a well tended park of 5000 squares metres, with sea view, olive groves and boxwood. There are two swimming pools, one for adults [16m x 8 x 1.40 h] and one for children [3m x 6 x 0.50h]. There is also a barbecue and games, table tennis and chairs and teak sunbeds.

The Relais - with tree buildings lying on the pinewood facing the Tuscan Archipelago with charming suites. A delightful service bed and breakfast served in a terrace overlooking  an hearthbreaking pool set in greenery  and surrounded by an infinite variety of flowers and colorful bushes typical of the mild maritime climate.

Francesca, the owner, has furnished the house, both inside and out with materials which harmonise with the environment. She has created an atmosphere completely coordinated with the surrounding countryside right down to the choice of the colours of the furniture, household linen and bathroom fittings.

Farm products include; extra virgin organic olive oil, organic pasta, herbs and organic honey.

Ground floor overlooking the garden and pool-side with sitting room, kitchen corner, and 2 single bed settees. There is a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, and a covered veranda furnished with teak-wood dining table and chairs.

Bilo 2

Apartments 50 square metres.
Apartment facing to the north side of the farmhouse. There is a sitting room with 2 singles bed-settees, kitchen corner, one double room, bathroom with shower and a covered veranda furnished with teak-wood accessories for dining with a view on the countryside of the property. In all these  apartments it is possible to add a third single bed in the double room.

Bilo 3

Apartments of 50 square metres.
Apartmnet located on the first floor. There is a sitting room with double 2 single bed settes, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. In one of these apartments can be added a single bed in a double room. Shared space in the garden with benches, table and barbecue

Mansarda

Apartment measuring 70 square metres with a balcony furnished with teak-wood acessories.
One double bedroom, one twin beds, one bathroom with shower, large sitting room with kitchen, and 2 single bed settees.

Each apartment is provided with TV , Tresor, Hairdryer,bathroom courtesy, electric heating.

The prices are for  4 people occupancy including electricity consumption, heating, bedding and towels with weekly change, complete final cleaning except the kitchen corner that if is not performed by the guest will be charged for 25 euros.

Horse riding 20km
There are many possibilities for both beginners and experts. You can have riding lessons with a western saddle or an English one. The excursions vary in length from a couple of hours, half a day or a whole day. You will be welcomed by the colours and scents of Maremma nature.

Cycling
The cycling centres offers various excursions by mountain bike or on the roads. The temperate climate of the Tuscan coast makes this possible all year round. You can hire bikes at the cycling centre 4km away.

Natural Parks
There are special prices for groups and families visiting the parks and there is a ticket for admission to all the parks. Excursions by bike are also possible.Horse riding 20km

Sailing There are 3 options all taking place in consecutive weekends: Basic, Advanced and Coastal Cruising. Organized by owners, this particular facility is offered to guests staying at the Relais. 

Wine Itinerary
Itinerary area D.O.C. Bolgheri  for a group of minimum 8 people organized withwine tasting, products, lunch in olive mill and guide. Itinerary Val di Cecina Watching the wine-making process and a guided tasting of the wine produced.

Visit to an organic dairy
You will be shown the various phases of organic production from work in the fields without insecticides and fertilizers, the production of organic milk to the final phase of cheese. It is possible to taste the cheese and have lunch on the farm.

After there is a visit to Volterra where you can admire the working of alabaster with methods from the past and visit the Alabaster Museum.

Golf club Toscana di Gavorrano
There is a new 18 hole golf course of international standards, a golf school, large driving range, 2 putting greens, 1 pitching green and chipping area. It is 48km from the property and is one of the most exclusive courses in Italy and offers both the profession and tha beginner ideal conditions. There are various programmes; trial lessons, beginner courses, course with certificate, improve your handicap I +II, children and teenagers.
