This estate is situated on the outskirts of a small village, not far from Perugia, surrounded by gently sloping hills. This landscape is very typical of the Tuscan- Umbrian Region. The farmhouse  has been recovered from two  adjacent houses and several outbuildings restored  from old tobacco barns. The interiors are spacious and furnished with wooden beams, floor tiles, stone walls, authentic familily furniture of the 17th-18th century. The apartments give hospitality  in very spacious rooms, each unit is  provided with private terrace or balcony furnished for a pleasant entertainment outdoors during the stay.

Many great artists of the Renaissance period were born in this area. Within a radius of approx. 30 miles you can find the birthplaces of, for example, Michelangelo (Caprese), Piero della Francesca (Sansepolcro), Pinturicchio (Perugia), Raffaele and Bramante (born in Urbino).
For enjoing holidays without stress in driving a car, each town can be visited by train and the daily shopping can be organize by bike.
