All the apartments and the private houses are furnished to very high standards, converted from a large old Sicilian farmhouse into a self-catering apartments, still belonging to a imporant nursery.

All the apartments offer a wide range of modern appliances including central heating and air conditioning, gas cooker, fridge, micro-wave, toaster, TV, Hi-Fi, hair dryer, etc. There is ample parking on site as well as washing facilities. Bed linen, towels, tea cloths, washing up liquid, washing powder and softener, toilet rolls etc., are also provided. Fresh bed linen and towels are supplied weekly.

Its vicinity to main cultural and historical centers like Selinunte (approx. 20 miles), Agrigento (approx. 30 miles) and Segesta (approx. 50 miles) makes it a particularly desirable location. The owners, live on the premises and they are more than happy to help and advise you, when needed.

Apartment Alice - 2+1 guests [55m²]
Set on two floors, suitable for 3 plus an extra cot. Recently renovated with exposed beams. This unit offers all modern conveniences and it's comfortably furnished with original fittings and furnishings. Wood ceilings and ceramics tile floors. This accommodation has extensive views overlooking mountains on one side and the coast on the other side.
Ground floor: The entrance is through the terrace into the open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area and a lobby to the bathroom with shower/tub with inclusive WC.
First floor: consist in a large mezzanine/living complete with traditional "alcove" for the one single bed and a large double bedroom. The enclosed terrace 20 m is for exclusive use of guests and is furnished.

Apartment Angelica - 4+2 guests [75m²]
An open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with 2 double bedrooms, one of which opening on a side room with 2 single beds; Furnishings are stylish and tasteful, with a soothing combination of terracotta floors, white walls, wooden fittings, Sicilian ceramics, to make a comfortable flat with original pieces. A shower/bath with inclusive WC. The large enclosed terrace (35 sq. m) is provided with a barbecue and a large shaded area for dining and relaxing with patio furinished and exclusive use of the guests.

Recently refurnished with exposed beams, sicilian tiles and floor board upstairs, it's furnished with original wooden furniture. This unit is totally self-contained and has its own front and rear doors. Ground floor: The beautiful hand krafted kitchen diner really is the focal point of the accommodation, it contains not just a dining table but also a magnificent wood burning stovestone. On the side, a small lounge with a sofa bed leads into the garden. A few stone steps to the shower/bath with inclusive WC. Under the roof, a flight of steps leads to an open mezzanine complete with traditional "alcove" for the bed, opening to a cosy master dpouble bedroom. The entrance is from our private gravel drive via a stone staircase to a small terrace (10 sq. Mt.). Arianna looks over its private garden with sheltered barbecue.The layout is simple, consists in one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds, bath with shower, open plan kitchen/lounge. The flat is furnished with all modern conveniences.

Apartment Praga - 2 + 2 guests - [55 m²]
Refurbished to make it a comfortable multi-level apartment, this unit is totally self-contained and has its own front and rear doors.
Ground floor: open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The living area can also be set up as double bedroom or twin bedroom (there is ample alternative living space) and does not need to be "dismantled" during the day.
This level leads straight out to the terrace. Few steps up lead to the bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase leads to an open mezzanine, with a double bed. This unit is ideal for a couple, a family or a group of close friends. The terrace for exclusive use of the guests with patio furniture.

An immaculate, newly refurnished detached country cottage maintained to a high standard and located beside the owners house. The farmhouse sleeps six people and can be rented by parties of up to seven, plus a collapsible cot making 8. Renovated with exposed beams and floor board upstairs.

Ground floor: Consists in a large drawing room with an ample supply of sofas and armchairs and a fireplace. The dining area is large, bright and airy with a wooden table that comfortably seats six and direct access onto the terrace through full length glazed door. The homely kitchen is well equipped microwave, blender. Bathroom with shower.

Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms + 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + 1 bathroom with tub and shower, sofa bed in the landing. Piano.

Spacious Sicilian country house located in a secluded beautiful, breathtaking rural location. The property is set close to the Sicilian coast, just 4 miles from the bustling and busy historic centre and 6 miles from the best sandy beaches.This superb country house has recently been completely renovated and modernised whilst capturing all its original charm with beamed ceilings downstairs and upstairs, ceramic and hard floor boards. Very comfortably furnished to a high standard the farmhouse is spacious, yet cosy and has been very well equipped, with most of the fittings and furnishings being new.
