Situated in a panoramic position amongst olive trees and old oaks wood, 10km. from Cortona and 20km. from Arezzo, this pretty farmhouse, with its four comfortable apartments offers a good privacy and relaxing stay. Margherita, the owner of th house, carefully followed the restorations work and she has personally furnished the apartments in a most welcoming way. The house is part of an organic farm  with 100 hectares of cultivated land, including olive trees, vines, and orchards.

You will be given the possibility to taste the farm products in every season, offered to you by Margherita and her family. The surrounding area is ideal for walking, excursions with mountain bikes or horse riding. Margherita will tell you about the maps and the various routes. There will also be the possibility to visit local craftsmen. Don't miss these opportunities! These small daily things are the richness and tradition of the place, everywhere... There is a swimming-pool in a panoramic position, and the outdoor areas are furnished with wooden garden furniture, with all of this you can spend your days peacefully relaxing in the magic atmosphere of the Tuscan farm.

Bosco 69 sqm.[4 guests] is on the first floor. It has a sitting room with a fireplace, bed settee for 2, kitchen and dinign space. One doublebed room, one room with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with bath and shower. SAT. T.V.

Oliveto 74 sqm[4 guests] is on second floor. It has sitting room with bed settee for 2, large kitchen with dining space, one doublebed room, one room with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with tub and shower. Satellite TV.

Each apartment has an outdoor area with wooden chairs and tables. Kitchen with 4 fires and oven and wash-machine.
A wide saloon with fireplace for common use is at disposal in the house.

Here you can visit the museum of the Accademia Etrusca, which exhibits testify how this ancient civilization has influenced much of Tuscany.

Not to miss is the antique exhibition which is held on the third Sunday of the month and the Saturday before.
