This beautiful farm is located in the south of Tuscany in Maremma, just 500 metres from the seaside of the Argentario Coast and with magnificent seaviews. The owners, Marcella and Giuseppe, very kind people who live in the property and personally take care of the farm. The farm cultivates vineyards, sunflowers, wheat and vegetables.

Recently the farmhouse has been rebuilt and converted into comfortable apartments measuring about 90m².

Each apartment provided with 2 double rooms and 2 bathrooms, private covered patio, and a pool furnished with private veranda for each apartment, with sun beds and garden table.

In a second rural house  there is a smaller charming apartment for 2 people,consisting in one large room with dining space with small table and chairs, a smart  sitting corner with  sofa, double bed, kitchenette and 1 bathroom with shower. Private patio for 2 with garden furniture. 

The inside of all apartments is very agreeable, due to the good taste of the furniture and the colours selected for the tapestry.

Apartments:

Type A 4 people + 2 children ,100 sq.mt : laying in two floors

On the ground floor a spacious sitting room with 2 large sofas, armchairs TV, dining corner with a big table for 8 and chairs, kitchen equipped with oven-fridge/freezer-ventilator. On the first floor by a wooden staircase we find 1 double bed room, 1 twin bed room, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with tub.

Type B 4 people + 2 children, 100sq.mt, laying in two floors
Ground floor  with spacious sitting room with 2 large sofas, TV, dining corner with table for 8 and chairs, kitchen equipped with over-fridge/freezer, 1 twin bed with bathroom with shower. Ventilator on first floor, with wooden staircase we enter in a large loft with 1 double room and 1 bathroom with tub.

Alloro apartment 50 sq.mt 2 person-Ground floor apartment consisting in one big studio with  double bed corner, sitting space with a sofa and dining funiture, kitchenette , bathroom with shower, open space furnished for 2.

All apartments are provided with private and flowering patio furnished with table and chairs for 6 people, facing to the green.

What to do and see
Maremma offers you various opportunities. If you like fishing, you can fish in the Orbetello lagoon every Friday and Saturday morning from April until October. At Porto Santo Stefano you can hire boats for daily excursions and catch the ferry which in a few minutes will take you to the beautiful Island of Giglio which is part of a National Park.

Don't forget the famous Parco dell'Uccellina, 98000 hectares, 100 sq. m. and 20 km of coast.

In this wonderful reserve there are various types of fauna and flora. You can see goats, deer, wild boars and many birds. The cattle from Maremma are famous as are the cowboys who look after them called "Butteri" who ride horses, typical of this area.

For green fee lovers 2 Golf clubs 18 holes in the area at 9km. from the farm.

There is also a cultural aspect to this area, Tarquinia, the most important Etruscan city, with a site of 750 hectares including 40 tombs to visit with frescos from 7th century BC. There is also the archeological site at Roselle, 5 km from Grosseto, and why not make a quick visit to Rome, only 150 km away. "Dulcis in fundo" a day dedicated to health and beauty at the Spa of Saturnia, where you can bathe in hot water in natural baths in the open.
