For many years the owners have been refining and renovating this spacious rental into its present state: a classic Tuscan countryside residence. It has fabulous views looking west from Lucca looking on toward the mountains that separate Lucca from Puccini's Lake (Lago Massaciuccoli).

On a good day you can enjoy a lovely view of the sea and the small islands that rest off shore. A marvellous wisteria covered pergola is a perfect corner for reading , dining by a gently breeze coming from the sea.
The Villa is furnished with period Tuscan country antiques, mixed with tasteful and very comfortable furnishings. Beds, chairs, tables, sofas - all are equal to the style of an owner with a good eye for design and taste.

On the ground floor is a large living room, a dining room and a really beautiful country kitchen, all rooms equipped with fireplace and wide French doors getting onto the front garden and to the pergola.

Upstairs you will find the tree bedrooms all with screens on the windows . Two double rooms sharing a bathroom with a tub ans separtate shower, one single room with french size bed ( 120cm. comfortable for 2 children) provided with a bathrrom with tub.

A marvellous Pool in the green with sun-beds and garden - umbrella and children playground is located at few meters from the villa reachable by safe stairst.

for a stay longer then a week, it is requested a general cleaning of the house for minumum 3 hours at 10 euro per hour

Cancellations :

Account 100% refundable 50 days before arrival date of the stay, less bank expenses and 20 euro for the Office. Cancellation 49 days before arrival, account not more refundable. The owners can agree to keep the account for another term of stay, in case of receipt new reservation during the week cancelled by you

Reservation conditions:

The reservation will be confirmed on receipt of 50% of the total amount of the stay, settlement 30 days before arrival
No service for Credit Cards payments.
Security deposit is requested on the reason of 400 euro that will be given back at departure deducing the consumption and final cleaning extra costs

The XVI and VXII century villas of Lucca with beautiful gardens and amazing examples of ancient plants.

Lucca itself, with it's Roman Etruscan and medieval origins, which was in parts renovated during the Principality of Elisa Baciocchi Buonaparte.

The long Versilia coastline is protected by hills and offers some very interesting towns, such as Pietrasanta a centre for sculpture and marble works and the great Summer Opera Puccini Season in the suggestive atmospehre on the Lac Torre del Lago Puccini.

Don't miss a visit to Garfagnana
At Bagni di Lucca you can visit the ancient spa, or spend the day trekking with a guide at the Orrido di Botri reserve. At Barga visit the VI century castle, the XI and XVI century Cathedral with wonderful painting and sculptures.

We suggest the activities to you in the natural oasis of the lake of Massaciuccoli: Excursions organized on the boat, canoe, observation of the birds in canoa. The Heron, Cenerino, Gull, Egret,and many other species that stop during their migration in all the seasons of the year.
