This trullo that we are offering to you is only few minutes from the centre of the town . It is one of the Saracen Towers, how people call this type of a big round house.

The entrance you reach after a 60 mt. alleyway, around and belonging to the house are 10.000 sq.m. of ancient olive trees. Also almond trees, fruit trees and other plants you find on the property. There is private parking.

The house is covering a surface of 160 m² that are completely and tasteful restored and plesant furnished. You enter the house in an arched room, from which a door leads to a little living room, where are two one place bed sofas.From this room you find on the one side a bedroom with double bed (alcove),and a second double room with king size bed and one bathroom with shower and tub, and, on the other side, one bedroom with one bed and a wall chest. More to this you can reach the kitchen and the second bathroom with shower. The kitchen, equipped with table and seven seats may be used also as a dining room. From the kitchen you can reach across an arch a big salon divided into a main living room, with sofas, cushions, damped light and atmosphere and dining coner with table and chairs.

From this living room as well as from the kitchen directly you can reach a covered and big patio ( 50mq)with two different areas: one dining place with a teak wood table and twelve seats as well as another living room outside. From the patio , with a stone stairs, it is reachable the solarium-terrace (40mq).

In the garden two showers with warm/cold water and a big barbecue very well equipped too.
