Authentic countryhouse dated 18th century in the magnificent wine territory of the Chianti Classico surrounded by vineyards hills and olive -grove landscape..The style of the original building is the classic one named " rural house" (wood beamed ceilings, tiles and tuscan cotto floors, stonewalls) and by the last restoring dated 2004, has been added a fresh touch mixing with pieces, maintaning the original shape with the modern indispensable comforts. The house is placed on 2 levels , composed with 2 apartments each one with indipendent entrance and connected by an internal cotto staircase. The whole house is suggested for big families or friends gatherings (up to 9 guests).

On first floor, with private access from the garden by its exclusive hall in the groundfloor, there is one apartment (4+2 guests) provided with 2 double bedrooms (each one supplied with private W/C bathroom with shower situated inside the room with white wood panels and wood door) -in one double room is fitted a bunk bed. The particular features of this apartment is the use of  tools testifying the past and the lived of this house.
One well equipped modern kitchen with dining corner concludes the flat The dining corner with wood table and chairs, situated near the window under the natural external daylight, completes this room perfect ly in its confortable atmospehre.

On the groundfloor, is the second apartment for 2 guests), with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with W/C, shower/bathtub,and 1 big kitchen with french windows opening to the garden. This space was once a stable and still now is preserving some curiouses features as the stone manger in the bedroom.The common area garden, equipped with barbecue,deck chairs and spacious wood tables setted with comfortable chairs in wood and wrouhgt iron,is an irresistible call for garden breakfasts or candlelight dinner.
