Country farmhouse located in the verdant plains on the slopes of the Umbria-Marche hills among which rises Monte Nerone which frames the entire property.
The home that hosts you is part of an organic farm extended across 60 hectares of land, with forage production for the raising of cattle, Marche's famous beef, a protected brand and very prestigious in our country.
Further, sheep and pigs are raised, from which optimal cold cuts such as prosciutto (ham), lonze di maiale (pork loins), salamis and fresh or seasoned cheeses are made.
A part of the farm is dedicated to growing vegetables, and in the highest part of the land, black truffles are cultivated.
There is a store in the farmhouse where our fresh products, able to enrich your table and help you experience traditions of the local cuisine, may be purchased
The farmhouse has 5 comfortable apartments, each with their own furnished outdoor area, a swimming pool, a shaded barbeque area, gazebo and parking space.

Monte Nero (1500mt. ca) is a protected wildlife area where live many autochthonous animals such as wild boar, deer, hares, porcupines, squirrels, moles, hedgehogs, foxes, stone martens, rates and so the few wolfs. Among the birds can be glimpsed ravens, doves, woodcocks, woodpeckers, cuckoo, swallows, eagles, hawks, buzzards, and the nocturnal species like bats, owls. The rivers are rich in trout and crayfish.
With this kind of nature it is ,of course, assured marked walks, fishing on the river, hang gliding and paragliding and visits to the in the caves situated on the slopes of Monte Nero.
In winter the area skiing and snowboarding with stays in shelters equipped with efficient ski lift service.
