The Villa will be in exclusive for 11 people. With 8 people occupancy , one small independent apartment might be occupied by 3 others people.

Just at 4km , in the same property, the restaurant in in the bed and breakfast farmhouse belonging to the same family where the owners are taking care personally of the home cooking following the Marchigiana tradition with the products of the farm like :
Cereals, oil, honey, jam wine, farmyard animals, fresh fruits in season: peaches, plums, cherries with a sale in a small store in the farmhouse, only open during the summer.

The guests are free to use the pool at the bed and breakfast house, at 4km. from the villa and reachable using a car.

A lake of 1 hectare of surface allows to angling , obviously free for the hosts of the Villa. The fish species are carp, perch, cat fish, and others
