My real name is Maria Concetta, but everyone calls me Loli. For almost 35 years I have been working in the tourist industry and I have lots of experience in it's various sectors: tour Operator, hotels and Tourist villages. I have been living in Tuscany for nearly 20 years, where, I manage, with great success a working farm estate or "agriturismo". Based on this experience and my excellent relationship with the local people, I have created this web-site. On the site you can see several beautiful Tuscan villas and farmhouses, where there is also a special quality of life.

Every villa, apartment or farmhouse is the result of hard work by the owners, who have restored their properties maintaining the agricultural traditions and in the case of the farms, a high standard of their products. We offer you the opportunity to share this way of life in restful and welcoming surroundings.

Amongst these pages you will also discover a villa in Sicily, which belongs to my dear friend Piero. I am very proud to present the splendid city of Syracuse and the welcoming house, situated on the coast only few meters from the sea.

To get the best out of Tuscany I would suggest a visit during the months of spring or autumn. Spring when the flowers are budding, the air is warm and the light is clear. There is nothing more beautiful than the countryside at this time. It is also ideal for visiting our historic cities without the heat and humidity, and summer crowds of tourists. Or you can go to the coast, where you will find a choice of rocky or sandy beaches.

Autumn with the grape harvest and the olive harvest is a marvellous time to visit the farms and villas of Tuscany. The evergreen olive trees amongst the red and yellow leaves of the oak trees form a scenic backdrop to busy farm life. Local fairs abound where seasonal produce like the white truffle and red wine is tasted. The annual antique fairs are great for browsing treasures collected from around Tuscany.
