The house covered 400² and it is encircled by a garden of 3000², part of it in green garden and part cultivated with fruits trees and vineyard and offers comfortable hospitaly for 8/12 sleepers.
Adjacent to the entrance gate there is a small cottage suitable for 2 guests and 2 children, provided with 1 double bed room and bathroom with shower, 1 sitting room and sofa bed, and corner kitchen well equipped.
One marvellous swimming pool shady by secular oaks and equipped of deckchairs and sun beds is lying in the middle of the garden

Armchairs and benches are put in the most actrative corners of the garden while the panoramique side of the Villa offers a great covered terrace with a long wood table and several chairs enough for all hosts of the house, a pair of hammocks and a stone oven for backing pizza or bread.
The garden is completely illiminated in the night giving the opportunity to enjoy long evenings in good company and using the pool late evening.

On the groud floor we find a wide hall with few sitting corners , a big choice of lamps, small tables, and reading place. From a door we get in the dining room communicating with a kitchen very well fitted and and open directly onto a spaciuos terrace furnished with a massice chestnut table and chairs and a stone oven for backing bread or pizza. Beyond the kitchen is one office room for washing the plates and an ulterior room adjusted as laundry. Stille in the ground floor two  small sittings room with a single bed each, 1 bathroom with shower and a guest toilette
Via an indoor wood stair we access the upper floor , the night zone , provided with:
