Placed along one of the most beautiful bays of Syracuse, named Plemmirio, a natural reserve, between high rocks  descending to the sea, this welcoming house  is surrounded by a garden of 4000 sq.m. of typical mediterranean vegetation and supported by a terrace with sea sight.

Inside the villa is furnished with a country style living room, a small kitchen equiped with oven and fridge, a sunny double room with private terrace and bathroom with shower, a comfortable double room with twin beds and bath/shower, and a double room with bunk bed.

Out in the garden, close to the house, you will find a large, comfortable outdoor cooking area with a barbecue and a typical Sicilian wood burning oven made of stone.

at reservation it is required an ccount equal to the 50% of the total cost of the stay to be sent by bank transfer or  paypal. 15 days before arrival date, it is required the settlement.

With 5 minutes walk you can enjoy the beautiful rocky coast of Siracusa.
Beaches at 6km. from the Villa.
The nearest food shop is only 300mt from the villa.
Pizza take away at 300mt.
The historical center of Siracusa, where the ancient Greece and the Baroque meet each other, is at 13kmts, no more than 15 minutes by car.
The airport in Catania "Fontanarossa" is located 65/70 km from Siracusa.
For internal transfers, if you do not want to drive, I suggest you use the Bus service, which is well organised and does not undergo departure delays.
 

Our Suggestions:

In all the downtown and historical center shops you will find the typical Sicilian ceramics from Caltagirone.
From May trough the end of June, in Siracusa there's one of the most important international theatre festival: "Le Rappresentazioni Classiche" (Ancient Greek tragedies and comedies), at the Greek theatre, a unique monument in the world.
At 70/80 km from Siracusa, we find some very well-known towns, such as Noto, Modica and Ragusa, which stretches on the slopes of the Iblei mountains. The original town, the splendid city of Ragusa Iblea, which had a Medieval and Baroque structure, nowadays counts few inhabitants, and this has allowed it to preserve a surreal atmosphere that can be sensed along its streets, immersed in masterpieces of the Baroque architecture. The Ragusan coast, belonging to Ragusa Iblea, is one of the most equipped seaside resorts in this part of Sicily. The Syracusan and Ragusan area offers vast parts of fertile land, which are active in the production of biological vegetables, citrus plantations, almond and olive trees, as well as vines.

Don't miss out an assay of pastries at Lo Bello's Pasticerria, in Via Aristofane, noted for his almond biscuits and typical butter & chocolate little cakes.

If you want to taste our great almond or coffee with whipped cream water-ice, don't forget to visit Bar Marciante, in Via Landolina, Ortigia.
The most fanciful pizzas at Zsa, in Via Roma, Ortigia, with wine or beer and dessert from euro 15 per person.
Excellent fresh fish on a wonderful terrace on the sea, at restaurant "A' rutta e' ciauli" in Riviera Dionisio il Grande. Menu from euro 40 per person, including local wine, or pizza from euro 15.
Very good fish in one of the best restaurant in Ortigia, at "Don Camillo's", in Via delle Maestranze. Menu from euro 40 per person.
Wine bar Il Fermento, in Via del Crocifisso, with live music and excellent wine cellar. "Slow Food" menu from euro 30.
Visit the daily market of fish, fruit and vegetables, an ancient tradition here in Ortigia.

the use of trains that never are on time.
To go to beaches during saturday and sunday of the July-August months, they are very croudy from local people
