On the hills facing the Tyrrhenian coast, between Livorno and Grosseto, 150 metres above sea level and only 3km from the beach, is where you find this beautiful property.
It is an organic farm which cultivates aromatic herbs, olives and grain. The estate is divided into two different country houses.

The Casolare has 7 self catering apartments, a well tended park with sea views, olive groves and boxwood. There are two swimming pools, one for adults [16m x 8 x 1.40 h] and one for children [3m x 6 x 0.50h]. There is also a barbecue and games, table tennis and chairs and teak sunbeds.

The Relais - A Tuscan farmhouse with two-room apartments which offers bed and breakfast accommodation, the breakfast made from organic produce. The Relais has a solar heated swimming pool, very well positioned in Mediterrean pine trees, with an English style lawn. There is a 360 degree view of the sea, comfortable and elegant garden furniture with chairs and sunbeds in teak.

Francesca, the owner, has furnished the house, both inside and out with materials which harmonise with the environment. She has created an atmosphere completely coordinated with the surrounding countryside right down to the choice of the colours of the furniture, household linen and bathroom fittings.

In summer breakfast is served on a large terrace with a sea view, which in winter is transformed into a veranda garden with an antique wood burning stove. Francesca offers hot desserts, fruit pies and homemade bread with different kinds of organic honey produced on the farm and homemade jams, along with a selection of typical local products.

Farm products include; extra virgin organic olive oil, organic pasta, herbs and organic honey.

Country Relais

There are 3 two-roomed apartments measuring 40 square metres, for 2 guests. The apartments consist of a living area with a corner for cooking, night area with a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. There is an open space with furniture in wood and wrought iron and a satellite TV.

	Casolare Apartments Type 1 Ground floor pool-side with sitting room, kitchenette and a double sofa bed. There is a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, and a covered veranda with teak dining table and chairs. Type 2 Apartments 50 square metres in size. Ground floor on the hill side of the farmhouse. There is a sitting room with a bed-settee for 2, cooking corner, one double room, bathroom with shower and a covered veranda for dining with a view of the hills and teak furniture. Type 3 Apartments of 50 square metres located on the first floor. There is a sitting room with double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Shared space in the garden with benches, table and barbecue. Mansarda Apartment measuring 70 square metres with a balcony furnished wtih teak: Two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, large sitting room with kitchen, and two single settees.
