This beautiful villa is located in a 25 hectars
estate and is situated on a green meadow hill, in front of the medieval
town of Castelfiorentino. It overlooks at 360 degrees the Pisa's
southern hills adjacent to the florentine hills and the storic towns
of San Miniato and Certaldo. The hills' slopes are cultivated in vineyards and olive groves, while the higher hilltops offer a vegetation rich of woods, of firs, of cypresses and Mediterranean brushwood where live many animal species such as phaesants, hares, boars and birds' variety, with inland paths used for long walks to discover nature. The residence which was used historically as an agrarian cottage, has been transformed in a nice country estate that Gerri, the owner, has designed creating big spaces for every need with a limited usage of doors, setting up a very pleasant effect. |

The Villa Description
Hence we find an entrance with a shaded and outdoor furnished terrace
and a big glass door that introduces to a large living room with a
spacious round sofa, fireplace and TV.Visible, on a raised floor enriched by an iron balaustrade, appears the dining room framed by a visible cotto wall. Next to the dining room, walking few steps, always visible, there's a gorgeous kitchen which shows on the entry lounge. Climbing up some open stairs with handrail in beaten iron, we'll find ourselves in a second open space with a glass window which opens up directly in a garden where is located a lovely patio with very comfortable armchairs, and a table, with the view on the woods and on the little wood bridge which joins the two sidelakes dwelled by swans and ducks.On the two sides of this hall, there are two double rooms and a ceramic bathroom, in one of this two rooms, there is a third double room without a separating door. From the hall's glass door you can also enter the pool with panoramic view, equipped with elegant and comfortable sun cots and shadowed by a veranda where you can view all the hills that enclose the estate. Under the entry hall there is the laundry and a second service bathroom. A second dependance next to the estate gives hospitality to other two persons with a double room and a beautiful bathroom always enriched with ceramics. It's a particularly original and cushy estate that senses infinite spaces tuned with the local nature which becomes all-in-one with us.
